In its inspection report of September 2019, CQC rates us ‘Outstanding’ for Caring. We are incredibly proud of this accolade, which is only granted to those care providers whose services are of exceptional quality.
Our carers are the best, by some way. They love their clients and they move mountains to give people a good day.
We offer 24-hour care in Hereford and surrounding areas, including Leominster, Ludlow, Ledbury, Bromyard and Ross-on-Wye.
24-hour care, also known as live-in care, is a life-changing service. It is ideal for people who require continuous support but who would prefer to keep living in their own home. With live-in care, a carer comes to live with you, in your own home, and is available to help out day and night.
For individuals who are after 24/7 support and would prefer care at home rather than moving to a residential setting, live-in care offers the opportunity to stay in their own home and follow their own daily routines as they normally would.
Because your live-in carer is available day and night to support you, you can live your life as you would normally do.
Your live-in carer can support with light household maintenance, they can accompany you on outings, and they can assist with mobility or medication if required.
Moreover, it can be reassuring to know that there is someone around 24/7, who can help out where needed – for instance to make sure the house is prepared for the night.
With live-in care, people are often able to come home much quicker after a stay in the hospital. Rather than recovering in the hospital, you can have your own live-in carer with you as long as you want to make sure you can spend all your energy recovering.
Live-in care can also be a viable option if you are looking for some respite from caring for a loved one. We can come and help out, whether it is for a few days or a couple of weeks or months, to give you the time to take a break or tend other responsibilities.
Do you live in Herefordshire and would you like to discuss whether 24-hour care might suit you? You can leave us a message via the contact form, or you can ring or e-mail us. We will call you back at a time that is convenient for you to have an informal chat, in which we can explain how we work and give you all the information you need to decide whether live-in care might be right for you.
