I find Kemble very supportive and good company and reflects to each carer I have.

Our family’s experience with Kemble at Home has been overwhelmingly positive. Our current care team are kind, conscientious, skilled and supportive. The management team work hard to ensure that we almost always have our regular carers and try their best to adapt to extra needs.

The carers give my husband all the support and care he needs. Nothing is too much trouble for them. He has gained a lot more confidence since they have been helping him and now enjoys their visits.

We always have excellent service from friendly caring staff who know their jobs and treat everyone well. Always kept up to date and everything is done in a caring thoroughly professional way. I have no hesitation in recommending the service and have told Mother's care manager as well. Well done to everyone for all your superb efforts.

I asked Kemble at Home for help following an operation for a knee replacement, which they provided over a six week period. I was delighted with the standard of care, professionalism and friendliness of every carer who came to my home, and would have no hesitation in recommending Kemble to anyone needing similar support. The Kemble Care team have given the kindest and most considerate care to our Mother over the last 4 1/2 years in her home. Their attention to detail, documentation and alert system for concerns regarding changes in our Mothers daily condition should be highly commended. They were compassionate listeners to any concerns raised and always addressed them. Sadly we lost our Mother in January 2017 but we will be eternally grateful to Kemble.

We have been using Kemble for a couple of years to provide home care and support for my elderly mother who has dementia. We feel very lucky to have found them as the service is excellent. Kemble is very proactive and helps with all sorts of things from shopping, cleaning, hair washes, taking my mother to appointments, cooking etc. The staff are very caring and my mother enjoys the visits.

It is almost 12 months since Mum agreed to have help from the wonderful carers from Kemble at Home. They are kind, considerate and respectful. Although she has her family she has been very lonely since her husband passed away. He also received care from Kemble at Home and is the reason we came back. Now she have made lovely friends with the carers and life is a little brighter.

Kemble at Home were amazing. They couldn’t have done more and been more helpful if they tried. They helped me to work through a maelstrom of information and options and were an incredible source of support and information. Their care staff were all wonderful and the office was so lovely to deal with. I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for help/carers.

The service is reliable, and communication between Kemble, my father and our family is excellent. Dad is treated with courtesy and respect and has never had cause to be dissatisfied with the service provided or any of the individuals involved. Amongst other duties, Kemble is responsible for the safe administration of Dad's medication, and their professionalism has recently prevented a medication error. Happily, over the last four years, Kemble at Home has continued to meet these high standards of care.

The service we received was always friendly and accommodating, flexible to suit rapidly changing needs, and completely transparent. Communication was great at all times, which was much appreciated, and all the staff were professional with my father and my family and communicated with one another. We had a small dedicated team looking after my father so he got used to familiar faces and so did we. The staff were also able to make referrals or guide us through contacting relevant services available to us, for example, occupational therapy and district nurses. The cost of the care was good value, and the pricing was very clear. I am very grateful to the team for all their help and support at a very challenging time for our family.
